I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In my desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

Cancellation Policy:

In the event of a missed appointment or late cancellation, a fee in the amount of 50% of the booked service price will be charged. 24 hour advanced notice is expected when canceling or rescheduling an appointment to avoid the No Show/Late Cancellation Fee. 

A valid credit card is required to reserve an appointment for all new clients and any current clients who have missed an appointment or canceled within the 24 hr window. 

Please note, the card provided will NOT be charged at time of booking and is only there for the event of a No Show/Late Cancellation fee. Your appointment can be paid for by any accepted payment method at your scheduled appointment.

Late Arrivals:
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” booked session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other clients, please plan accordingly and be on time.
